Thank you Metro Computers!!! I was totally lost on how to resolve my computer issues. Not only did you solve my problem quickly and efficiently, you were able to do it remotely. The virus is gone and I can once again use my computer to surf the web and complete documents for work.

I highly recommend Metro Computers to anyone having trouble with your PC.
