Metro Computers offers the most
flexible set of services in the computer and network support
industry. We offer support in such a way that you have the
convenience of an in-house support department without the
constraints and restrictions that come with salaries and fixed
billing. Our only aim is to make technology work better for
you.
On-Time Support is a remote support
service offered by Metro Computers. On-Time Support allows our
top of the line technicians to securely login to your computer
from the comfort of your home or office and fix both
complicated or simple issues. If you can access the internet,
On-Time is there for you.
Live Support is free during all
business hours. Support is offered in order of request. Basic
answers are provided and there is no time limit for the
support sessions. Paid support, however, is far more
comprehensive and comes with many more benefits than our free
option.
Metro Computers takes privacy very
seriously. We believe in complete privacy of information and
release no information or data to anyone. Please review our
privacy policy for details.
Metro Computers does both on-site and
remote service. However, at this time, our on-site service is
limited to only 8 different US markets. We expect to be able
to provide onsite service nationwide beginning in 2016.
However, our remote service is available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week anywhere in the world.
Nearly all of Metro Computers plans are
ala carte and pay as you go. Plans can be switched and bundled
to fit any need. Please speak with a Sales Agent to inquire
about getting a custom plan.
Metro Computers recommends that our
clients use our recommended partners for all services,
including web services. By doing this, we can ensure the
quality and server up time for each clients site. Also, our
partners offer very competitive pricing for hosting and
related services. But, it is not required that you move your
site to one of our hosting partners.
The best way to use PayGo is to visit
our PLANS section and simply chose the one that you would like
to sign up for. It usually only takes about 10 minutes to
gather all required information and get started. The beauty of
PayGo is that you only pay for what you need and your service
blocks don't expire.
Metro Computers offers plans and
packages for companies of all sizes. However, we do specialize
in small to midsized businesses. What does that mean?
Generally, our clients have less than 100 employees. This can
